Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks an Embedded Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within the LenelS2 Managed Services group. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, support, QA, and operations to align deliverables with business goals, manage risks, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
3–5 years managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
Strong project and time management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with defined scope, milestones, budgets, and resources.
Define and monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
Serve as primary liaison to stakeholders, delivering status reports and risk mitigation plans.
