Honeywell is seeking an Embedded Project Manager for LenelS2 Managed Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, collaborating with engineering, software development, and field operations to align deliverables with business goals.

You will manage scope, milestones, budgets, and risks while maintaining strong customer relationships and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. This role emphasizes quality and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope definition, milestones, tracking, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure project health and mitigate risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders with regular status reports and risk mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify dependencies and roadblocks early; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure solutions meet technical specifications and quality standards.
