Job summary

Honeywell seeks a results-driven Embedded Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across LenelS2 Managed Services. You’ll bridge engineering, software development, and field operations with business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

You will define roadmaps, manage budgets and resources, and monitor KPIs while escalating risks and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop roadmaps with scope definition, milestones, tracking, budget management and resource allocation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure project health and mitigate risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with business goals; provide regular status updates.
