Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or sales support, preferably in the hardware industry.

Responsibilities

• Clarify customer requirements and support key account management.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among R&D, manufacturing, and QA to meet milestones.
• Maintain product documentation including datasheets, cost analyses, and market intelligence reports.
• Support NPI process and oversee product lifecycle management for multiple lines.
• Perform market intelligence and gap analyses to inform product roadmaps and strategic sales plans.
