Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Experience with real-time embedded firmware and safety-critical systems.
• Familiarity with functional safety principles and safety requirements translation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time motor control and actuator firmware from prototypes to production.
• Develop, implement, and tune feedback control systems meeting timing and safety requirements.
• Participate in hazard analysis, FMEA/FMEDA, FTA, safety reviews, and audits.
• Build calibration, sensing, filtering, and synchronization for motor controllers and sensors.
• Develop hardware-in-the-loop test automation; improve CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Collaborate across hardware, systems, manufacturing, and safety teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
