Boeing in Berkeley, Missouri seeks an Experienced Missions Systems Software Engineer – Embedded to join our Mission Systems Software team. You will contribute across the embedded flight software lifecycle in an agile CI/CD environment, collaborating with hardware, software, and test teams to deliver critical systems.

Requirements include real-time embedded software experience, proficiency in C/C++/Python, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance after start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance post-start.
• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
• 3+ years of full life-cycle software development using C/C++, C#, Python, Java, Ada, or Linux.
• 3+ years designing architectures, interfaces, and designs for software systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain embedded software for devices and systems.
• Translate customer requirements into software designs for embedded platforms.
• Develop and integrate software with hardware components in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with system engineers and testers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical product plans.
