Job summary

AlertMedia seeks an embedded HRBP for our Austin-based tech teams. You will partner with Engineering and Product leaders, balancing competing priorities while using AI tools to analyze data and improve HR decisions. Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management are essential in a fast-paced environment.

You will influence across levels, manage compensation frameworks, and ensure exceptional employee support. This in-office role requires Austin presence with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HRBP experience in a technology company, with majority in the software tech industry; SaaS experience preferred.
• Embedded HRBP supporting Engineering and/or Product leaders, not solely recruiting.
• Experience with compensation and leveling; building or administering career architecture or job leveling frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders as an embedded HRBP.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, and decision-making.
• Coach senior leaders and influence cross-functional teams.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Provide outstanding support to all employees, with strong communication and collaboration.
