Amazon Frontier ADC is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a high-performing team building, launching, and operating Frontier AI services in GovCloud and isolated environments. You will own the technical roadmap, drive delivery commitments, and mentor engineers while collaborating with security, product, and operations teams.

This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to obtain polygraph clearance for relevant agencies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
• 5+ years of Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupational experience.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of software and systems development engineers.
• Establish the team’s technical strategy, roadmap, goals, and delivery mechanisms.
• Own service delivery and operational performance across GovCloud and isolated environments.
• Remain technically engaged through architecture reviews, design reviews, operational investigations, and critical customer escalations.
• Partner across engineering, product, security, infrastructure, recruiting, and operations organizations.
