Qualifications

• Experience front-end and back-end software engineering.
• Experience building, deploying, and operating apps in enterprise cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience using AI-native developer tooling to accelerate software design and maintainability.
• Experience translating business requirements into working software with stakeholders.
• Strong programming languages and web stacks (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL).
• Experience deploying and operating applications in production.
• Interest and excitement for learning about financial markets and investments.

Responsibilities

• Embedded technical partner and full-stack builder: take the lead on requirements gathering, prototyping, full-stack development and follow-through to deliver analytics and AI solutions.
• Work across teams to enhance operational outcomes and ensure stable performance of Risk Optimization apps.
• Lead AI-native engineering practices to accelerate output and expand capabilities.
• Develop and support Gen AI workflows and agents for the enterprise.
• Uphold enterprise architecture standards including identity, security, data and platform governance.
