Job summary

Koch is seeking an embedded Forward Deployed Engineer to build and operate production-ready analytics, AI workflows, and full-stack solutions for risk, credit, insurance, and investments. You will collaborate with risk leaders, quants, and tech support to prototype and deploy high-impact systems, with direct ownership of critical capabilities.

You will apply AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate delivery, while upholding enterprise standards and governance across systems used by

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end and back-end development for enterprise apps.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in a cloud environment.
• Experience using AI-native developer tooling to accelerate delivery.
• Ability translating business requirements into working software.
• Strong skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Partner with domain experts to build, deploy, operate and improve analytics and AI solutions.
• Prototype, deliver and own full-stack systems for risk, trading and investments.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure stable, reliable performance of apps.
• Lead AI-native engineering practices to boost velocity and range of capabilities.
• Develop Gen AI workflows and agents for enterprise use.
• Maintain enterprise architecture and security standards.
