Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking an Forward Deployed Engineer on the Risk Optimization team. You will act as an embedded technical partner, building production-ready applications, data analytics, and Gen AI workflows to tackle risk, financial, and investment challenges across markets.

You will prototype, deploy, and own solutions with domain and tech collaboration, driving high-impact results. The role emphasizes AI-native development, enterprise-scale systems, and direct ownership of

Qualifications

Experience in front-end and back-end software engineering.
Experience deploying and operating applications in enterprise cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience using AI-native developer tooling to accelerate design and maintainability.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks, and SQL.
Experience supporting and maintaining production applications.
Interest in financial markets, investments, and commodities trading.

Responsibilities
