Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer for satellite flight software. You will participate in all phases of software development, from requirements to operations, focusing on power management, hardware interfaces, and autonomous control.

Responsibilities include writing embedded software in C/C++, interfacing with devices, and developing drivers for flight code while collaborating with hardware teams during bring-up and testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience on systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software language (C/C++).

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software in assembly, C, C++, or other languages in an RTOS environment.
• Write software to interface with devices using I2C, SPI, RS-422/RS-485, Ethernet.
• Create device drivers and system apps for flight code and flight management.
• Collaborate with hardware teams for board bring-up and testing.
