Job summary

CIS Secure is seeking an Electrical Engineer – Embedded Systems / Flight Control Hardware to join our team and support the REACT program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. You will design and develop embedded electronic systems for unmanned and autonomous platforms, collaborating across circuit design, flight control hardware, sensors, and imaging systems.

The role involves hands-on prototyping and integration, with opportunities to mature hardware capabilities in a collaborative engineering

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing embedded electronic systems including schematic design and PCB development.
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded processors, or SoCs and related peripherals.
• Experience with flight control hardware, avionics, robotics, or real-time embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support across the system development lifecycle from architecture to testing.
• Integrate flight controllers, processors, sensors, cameras, and communications hardware into platforms.
• Prototype, troubleshoot, and mature embedded electronic systems for operational and test environments.
