Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a firmware engineer to grow their embedded skills on hardware used in field deployments. You will write real-time microcontroller code, build reusable drivers for sensors and peripherals, and debug cross-disciplinary problems that sit between schematics and software.

You will collaborate closely with Electrical Engineering to bring new boards to life and own firmware from day one.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/CE/ECE or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience writing firmware for microcontrollers in real-time environments.
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets to debug hardware-software boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Write real-time microcontroller code for embedded platforms.
• Develop and integrate device drivers for sensors and peripherals.
• Debug cross-disciplinary issues across electrical, firmware, and software boundaries.
• Support board bring-up with EE team and validate interfaces.
• Contribute to firmware architecture decisions as codebase grows.
• Ship code to deployed field systems.
