Job summary

Join the Firmware Team, collaborate with Electrical Engineering on hardware-software integration, participate from prototype to production, and help ensure quality through rigorous test procedures and traceability.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of firmware/embedded software development experience.
• Solid C coding ability for embedded systems.
• Experience with common bus protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop low-level firmware in C for microcontrollers across multiple product platforms.
• Write and execute test procedures that verify firmware behavior against requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues that span the electrical, firmware, and software boundaries.
• Support board bring-up and hardware-firmware integration alongside cross-functional teams.
• Help maintain requirements traceability to ensure every requirement has a corresponding test.
• Contribute to multiple projects at various stages from prototype through production.
