AutoStore™ is seeking an Electronics and Firmware Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary engineering team. This role focuses on building firmware integrations between hardware and software components and involves hardware selection and ensuring system reliability across iterations.

You will work with Product Management to understand customer needs, develop embedded solutions, and create IP for AutoStore while collaborating with tech partners to deliver complete, robust solutions on schedule.

• Excellent communication across organizational levels and with partners.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and embedded systems design.

Responsibilities

• Part of a multi-disciplinary group of engineers to develop embedded solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to understand customer needs and deliver solutions.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and guide engineering trade-offs.
• Ensure compatibility of solutions with system requirements across teams.
• Develop IP for AutoStore and build relationships with tech partners.
