Job summary

Danfoss Turbocor in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Electronics Engineer to advance embedded control systems used in oil-free compressor technology for high-efficiency HVAC.

You will design and test circuits and PCBs, validate assemblies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on production-ready hardware. This on-site role offers hands-on development in a fast‑moving, global engineering environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, power electronics and control systems.
Hands-on circuit design, simulation tools and lab equipment experience.
Ability to use MATLAB and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electronic circuits and PCB layouts for high-performance control systems.
Test and validate electronic assemblies to ensure product quality and identify improvements.
Debug and optimize hardware to enhance performance and prevent failures.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians and suppliers to move designs into production.
Analyze test data to uncover insights and drive continuous product improvement.
