Job summary

Danfoss Turbocor in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a hands-on Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop embedded control systems for oil-free compressor technology used in high-efficiency HVAC systems worldwide.

You will collaborate with engineers and suppliers, prototype and test circuits, and optimize hardware to improve reliability. A Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, strong circuit knowledge, MATLAB proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, power electronics, and control systems.
Hands-on experience with circuit design, simulation tools, and lab equipment.
Ability to use MATLAB and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electronic circuits and PCB layouts to deliver reliable, high-performance control systems.
Test and validate electronic assemblies to ensure product quality and identify improvements early.
Debug and optimize hardware to enhance performance and prevent failure modes.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to bring designs into production smoothly.
Analyze test data to uncover insights and drive continuous product improvement.
