What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and contribute across the full SDLC—from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment of embedded compressor control software
• Build and enhance real‑time embedded systems and interfaces across industrial communication buses, configuration tools, and automated test platforms
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to solve complex software and hardware challenges and improve system performance
• Drive best practices in software development, including documentation, traceability, configuration management, and test validation
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership, helping teammates grow while advancing cybersecurity and compliance in embedded systems

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ development, including at least 3 years in embedded systems programming
• Hands‑on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and development tools such as Code Composer Studio, Eclipse, or similar IDEs
• Strong understanding of data structures, object‑oriented programming, and Git‑based version control
• Ability to work across multiple environments (embedded, Linux, Windows) and adapt to evolving technical needs
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a passion for continuous learning
