Woodsong Technologies, LLC is seeking an embedded software developer to drive key development initiatives on multiple systems. You will write, test, and refine code focused on mission-critical applications, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes low-level programming with C/C++ and Python, on Windows, Linux, or RTOS environments, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Growth opportunities and a stable team culture are highlighted.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent, or five years of embedded experience.
• Experience with low-level programming on Windows, Linux or RTOS.
• Proficiency in C, C++ and Python.
• Experience automating embedded software testing.
• Experience with integrated products and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Resourceful problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Description

This candidate will be primarily focused on conducting application development on a variety of systems. Utilizing various tools and technology, you'll write, test, and edit code to support the team's mission. You'll be able to grow your skills as you develop integrated products from start to finish.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of applicable experience with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar technical major OR Minimum of five (5) years of applicable embedded developer experience
• Experience with low-level programming in a Windows, Linux, or RTOS (i.e., VxWorks, uC/OS, etc.)
• Experience developing in C, C++, and Python
• Experience automating the testing of embedded software running on embedded devices
• Experience with integrated products
• Experience with product life-cycle management
• Excellent communication skills with team and clients (both written and verbal communications)
• Team-based collaborative abilities
• Resourceful in terms of problem-solving and troubleshooting
