Qualifications

• 7+ years of Risk & Control experience in financial services.
• Experience in control frameworks and risk-based testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement control frameworks and maintain adherence to best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate preventative/detective controls.
• Support risk-based testing to identify issues early.
• Assist with thematic reviews to ensure control effectiveness.
• Verify policies and procedures comply with standards and regulations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Support Audit Remediation and ATP Standards programs.
