Job summary

Logicbroker is seeking a Forward Deployed Commerce Operator who will be embedded with enterprise retailers and brands to manage their dropship, marketplace, or wholesale program operations end to end.

You will represent Logicbroker’s platform and best practices to the client and their trading communities, while driving onboarding, training, and ongoing program governance. The role requires autonomy, strong communication, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce operations or platform support.
• Autonomy while embedded inside a client’s organization.
• Excellent communication skills and experience running cross-functional meetings.
• Working knowledge of EDI systems and documents, eCommerce platforms, and commerce workflows.
• Demonstrated use of LLM’s in current ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the embedded extension of enterprise retailers and brands’ Commerce Operations team.
• Full on-site discovery and documentation of workflows to enable program operation.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for retailer stakeholders and vendor communities.
• Deliver on program KPIs such as onboarding velocity and GMV improvement.
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement as the client’s program face to suppliers.
