Capgemini Engineering is seeking a BSP (Kernel / QNX) Software Engineer to join a global embedded software team focused on next-generation IFE platforms. You will design, implement, and validate BSP, kernel, and device driver software across Linux/QNX environments to deliver high-performance, reliable systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive board bring-up and OS integration, and participate in Agile development and CI/CD processes to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Seven+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, Python, Linux, and QNX.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, debug, and maintain BSP, Linux kernel, QNX, and device driver software for embedded platforms.
• Support board bring-up, bootloader enablement, OS integration, hardware/software validation, and platform feature development.
• Optimize software performance, memory utilization, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with hardware, Android, platform software, integration, and validation teams.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests; support QA initiatives.
• Participate in Agile development activities and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to full SDLC including requirements analysis, design, and maintenance.
