Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Embedded AI Expert to join our team and work closely with customers in a tactical execution role. You will configure and maintain our self-service product Opera, share insights, and build reports while monitoring trends and anomalies in conversations.

You will mentor and support customers’ analysts, communicate results to senior executives, and collaborate with Cresta teams to maximize value of our solutions.

Qualifications

• Contact center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable with SaaS software and rapid tool adoption.
• Able to communicate with senior executives at customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Familiarity with speech analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to operationalize their program strategy using Cresta’s self-service product, Opera.
• Obtain Opera certification and utilize key moment rules to set up actions.
• Utilize Cresta’s voice analytics tools to understand topics and communicate insights.
• Monitor trends and anomalies to identify topics and insights in conversations.
• Mentor customer analysts in effectively utilizing Cresta tools.
• Collaborate with Cresta team and customers to maximize value of solutions.
• 1-5 years relevant experience.
