Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an embedded AI Solutions Architect for the Agentic WorkSpaces program in Miami, FL. You will work directly with customer engineers to move from PoC to production, writing code, building integrations, and pairing with client teams.

You will guide model selection, prompt/configuration, and tool integration while ensuring data readiness and secure access patterns for enterprise workloads. Travel up to 25–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/cloud/AI solutions.
• Experience deploying AI at scale with Bedrock or similar.
• Familiarity with VDI/DaaS architecture and integration patterns.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% for on-site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer teams to translate requirements into actionable deployment plans.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Agentic WorkSpaces, including AI agent creation and tool integration.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions and scripting (Python/Node.js).
• Architect secure access patterns to data systems (DynamoDB, RDS, S3) for AI agent tools and RAG.
• Collaborate with customers to deploy WorkSpaces components as the delivery platform for agentic AI.
