As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll own critical client work, ensuring deployments are scalable, cost-aware, and value-driven, while collaborating with BPX experts to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI-powered workflows in live client environments.
• Ability to ship first release within weeks and iterate.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration.
• Commercial judgment to prioritize impactful work.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast learning.

Responsibilities

• Embed with critical clients, owning work they rely on daily.
• Deploy BPX capabilities across marketing, content, CRM and data.
• Work in quick iterations, shipping a first release fast.
• Make it hold at volume with evaluation and cost control.
• Pull in the right specialists from BPX when needed.
• Turn wins into accelerators and reuse patterns.
