Job summary

FullStack seeks senior AI/ML engineers to design and deliver production-ready AI systems for enterprise clients. You’ll embed with client teams, architect agentic solutions, and own end-to-end delivery from discovery through production and Day 2 operations.

This role demands deep ML/data/engineering expertise, strong competency in CI/CD for AI/ML, and the ability to articulate trade-offs to CTOs and VPs. You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, shaping practical AI programs

Qualifications

8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Strong production-grade Python and TS/Node/Java skills.
Proven track as ML/Data Architect or Tech Lead.
Experience designing CI/CD for AI/ML (MLOps).

Responsibilities

Discover and workshop with stakeholders to map outcomes and data readiness.
Structure processes and turn them into specifications for AI systems.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval, embeddings, and orchestration.
Build working AI solutions: agents, services, and evaluation tooling.
Own CI/CD for AI/ML deployments and operationalization post-launch.
Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, drift, and cost controls.
Consult with CTOs/VPs to defend decisions and articulate ROI.
