Job summary

Infinity Tech Group seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed within non-revenue functions, designing and iterating agentic AI automations for high-value manual workflows. You will work directly with divisional stakeholders, move quickly from discovery to production, and advocate governance and auditability in every initiative.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with recent AI/ML production experience.
• Embedded delivery with a business function in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with assigned business function(s) to learn workflows firsthand and identify high-value automation candidates.
• Design and build agentic AI solutions using existing frameworks and rapid prototyping.
• Own delivery end-to-end: discovery, prototyping, pilot, production deployment, and iteration.
• Translate ambiguous processes into clear automatable workflows.
• Apply human-in-the-loop controls and auditable logging for regulatory and audit compliance.
• Feed reusable patterns back to central engineering to scale adoption.
• Partner with security and compliance to clear solutions for production use.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership to prioritize automation opportunities.
