Welltower in New York City is seeking a Forward Deployed Analyst who embeds with a team, learns decision processes, and deploys AI tools against live workflow to sharpen output. You lead the engagement and own the outcome.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CRE investment analysis or capital allocation.
• Solid understanding of how institutional real estate decisions get made.
• Hands-on user of AI tools in your own work, with a view on where they help and where they fall short.
• Genuine interest in AI and a track record of adopting new tools early.
• Strong client-facing presence, comfortable working directly with senior teams.
• Fluent with data and analytical tooling; you translate easily between domain experts and engineers.
• Bias toward shipping fast over perfecting.
• Based in the NYC metro area and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a team and learn their decision process end to end: how they screen, evaluate, and benchmark.
• Deploy our tools against their real data and workflow, tailoring the output to how they actually work.
• Own adoption and the relationship, getting the team to trust the output enough to act on it.
• Capture and encode what you learn against a common framework so knowledge compounds across engagements.
• Push AI tools into a real workflow and drive adoption with users who are new to them.
• Feed field insight back to the build team to shape the roadmap.
