Brooksource is seeking a strong software developer with an engineering mindset for an embedded role focused on AI-assisted software delivery. You will embed with application teams, rapidly learn unfamiliar codebases, design, build, test, and deliver working solutions using Claude Code and Cursor.

You'll shape practical agentic development methods, validate AI-generated work, and collaborate with architects, security teams, and business partners to move from problem to solution quickly.

Qualifications

• Must have strong software development fundamentals and SDLC practices.
• Experience deriving solutions by understanding unfamiliar codebases and systems.
• Ability to quickly embed with teams and deliver working software.
