Job summary

Provectus is a hands-on AI systems integrator delivering Claude-based solutions inside real, regulated environments. You will embed with clients, own production deployments, and ship practical AI capabilities rather than slides.

Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience; hands-on today.
Ability to quickly understand business functions and speak with stakeholders.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production with real impact.
Experience evaluating non-deterministic systems and reporting results.
Strong fundamentals; productive in unfamiliar codebases; depth over stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS; familiarity with GCP/Azure a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to frame problems and design production AI solutions.
Own end-to-end delivery from concept to production; work autonomously.
Leverage Claude/Claude Code and Cowork across deployments in financial services and healthcare.
Collaborate with senior engineers to build reusable blueprints and tooling.
Engage in pre-sales conversations with executives and technical leads.
