Job summary

DeepLearning.AI seeks a Marketing Engineer to build automation and AI-driven tooling for a fast-growing marketing team. You will code, create agentic workflows, and integrate Customer.io, Stripe, PostHog, and Metabase so lifecycle, content, and reporting run with minimal manual effort.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with AI engineers on scalable, data-driven marketing solutions. Expect hands-on work at the intersection of engineering and growth, driving measurable

Qualifications

• AI-native, with a proven record of learning and applying new AI engineering practices.
• Minimum 3 years as a software engineer, plus 1–2 years in marketing, growth, or RevOps.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.
• Strong scripting and integration skills (Python or JavaScript/Node) and REST APIs.
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows automating lifecycle triggers and reporting.
• Integrate martech stack so workflows use real-time data across platforms.
• Develop internal tools for non-technical marketers to configure automations.
• Prototype AI tooling and document their application to funnel problems.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards with Metabase, closing data gaps.
