Job summary

Howard University’s Executive MBA Program Manager role involves planning, coordination, enrollment support, and student services for the Executive MBA program. Working under the Executive Director of the Office of Executive Education, you will ensure a high-quality experience for prospective and enrolled students, faculty, and program partners.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and event coordination skills, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of related work experience, or eight years substituting for degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Executive MBA Program.
• Coordinate residency planning, scheduling, and logistics for Fall and Spring residencies.
• Support recruitment, enrollment coordination, and prospective student communications.
• Assist faculty and instructional staff with course materials and session logistics.
• Coordinate internal university offices to ensure efficient program execution.
• Develop professional program communications and marketing materials.
• Monitor program budgets, expenses, and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
