Howard University’s Executive MBA Program Manager role supports planning, coordination, and enrollment services for a high-touch graduate program. The position collaborates with admissions, registrar, faculty, and external vendors to ensure a professional student experience.

You will manage residencies, scheduling, budgets, communications, and event logistics, while guiding prospective and enrolled students through admissions, registration, and program communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of related work experience required.
• Related experience may include program management, higher education administration, executive education, graduate student services, enrollment support, or comparable administrative and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and follow-up for the Executive MBA Program.
• Coordinate residency logistics, agendas, and vendor coordination.
• Support recruitment, enrollment coordination, and student communications.
• Liaise with faculty, offices, and external partners to ensure program success.
