Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
• 3–5 years of automotive experience.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience.
• Automotive Systems background.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262.
• Ability to interpret various regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition.

Create, update and track CFOs(Customer Feature Objective) efficiently.

Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all the CFOs align with project objectives and standards

Work with cross functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features

Conducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development process

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university

3 to 5 years of automotive experience

Good communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $22.56/hour - $35.25/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
