Job summary

MedAdvantage Group is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the revenue engine from campaigns to conversion. This role in Allentown, PA drives CRO initiatives and tailors messaging to turn traffic into customers.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of sales/marketing experience, a strong ability to translate work-life balance for a non-technical audience, and hands-on Looker Studio experience in a sales/marketing setting.

Qualifications

Proven CRO experience driving conversions and revenue.
1+ year of sales/marketing cycle experience.
Ability to deliver bad news clearly and calmly.
Ability to adapt to shifting requirements and maintain performance.
Experience translating Work-Life Balance for a non-technical audience.
Experience using Looker Studio in a sales/marketing setting.
