Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Our client—a leading organization in the fundraising and nonprofit sector—is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Email Marketing Technologist to join their Performance Marketing Email team. This is a great opportunity to support high-impact digital campaigns that drive engagement and fundraising efforts at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging, on-brand emails
• Conduct email QA, rendering tests, and ensure responsive performance across devices
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times
• Report on campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Support advanced SFMC features including automation and journey building

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Email Studio
• Adobe Photoshop expertise for email asset creation and optimization
• Strong attention to detail and experience in campaign QA
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Preferred:

• Experience with Contact Builder and Adobe Analytics
• Familiarity with nonprofit marketing or fundraising campaigns
