BairesDev is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support planning, creation, and deployment of email campaigns across the customer journey.

You will work with the marketing team to drive engagement and results, leveraging platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp while maintaining brand voice and compliance. This remote role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Strong copywriting and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, promotional sends, and automated sequences.
• Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene to ensure accurate targeting and strong deliverability.
• Write and edit email copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and report on key email metrics including open rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure email assets are delivered on time and on brand.

Email Marketing Specialist at BairesDev
