As a CRM Email Marketing Specialist, you will execute targeted, data-driven email programs that strengthen customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes, leveraging CRM data and segmentation tools for lifecycle engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing or customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for segmented campaigns.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and retention goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and segments.
• Analytical skills to interpret email performance data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute segmented email campaigns using CRM data to target customers based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Maintain and update customer lists, ensuring data hygiene and accurate segmentation across campaigns.
• Develop email content and messaging tailored to specific customer segments and journey stages.
• Set up and manage triggered email flows for onboarding, renewals, and win-back.
• Analyze CRM email performance and provide insights to improve targeting, messaging, and engagement.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with data privacy regulations and internal brand guidelines.

We are looking for a CRM Email Marketing Specialist to execute targeted, data-driven email programs that support customer retention and lifecycle engagement.
