M&T Bank Corporation in Philadelphia is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to coordinate, build, set-up and send emails and digital communications through our marketing automation software.

You will manage email campaigns, maintain schedules, run testing, segmentation, approvals, and reporting, ensuring projects run smoothly and all approvals are obtained. A supported degree with relevant experience is required.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree and minimum 3 years relevant work experience, or 5 years combined education/work experience with 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven project management skills.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Proven verbal and written communications skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, build, set-up and send emails and digital communications.
• Maintain the currency and accuracy of the email schedule to ensure timely sends.
• Manage email campaigns throughout the project process with approvals.
• Build, test, proof, set-up and send emails.
• Assist with email marketing program development including segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate email reporting and analytics.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards.
