Qualificações

• Associate’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience, or 5 years’ combined higher education/work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the currency and accuracy of the email schedule, ensuring emails are on target to be sent on time.
• Manage email campaigns throughout the project process, ensuring projects run smoothly and all approvals are obtained.
• Build, test, proof, set-up and send emails.
• Assist with email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Manage the coordination of email reporting.
• Assist in researching and implementing latest best practices across marketing automation platform.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing on emails and content to maximize performance and engagement.
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls; identify risk-related issues for escalation.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and issues raised by regulators.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
