Job summary

Crossway is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations in Wheaton, IL. The role oversees weekly email communications and newsletters, collaborates with Content Marketing to develop daily devotional emails, and targets audience segments to optimize engagement and promotions.

Ideal candidates hold a college degree with 2+ years of experience, are detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative. Experience with Asana and Mailchimp is a plus.

• Organized, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Asana or other project management tools.
• Experience with Mailchimp a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Crossway’s weekly email communications and newsletters.
• Develop Crossways Daily Devotional emails with Content Marketing.
• Identify key demographics and market segments to target newsletter content.
• Brainstorm ideas to increase email engagement and promote books, Bible, and digital resources.
• Help improve CRM tools for storing data, segmentation, and engagement tracking.
• Coordinate the creation of digital graphics for email marketing initiatives with the Creative Department.
• Execute weekly communications on Crossway+ promotions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing Operations.
