Job summary

Encore Pro, on behalf of Telecharge and The Shubert Organization, seeks an Email Marketing Production Specialist to craft campaigns from design to deployment. You will translate copy into polished emails, ensure brand alignment, and manage QA across desktop and mobile views.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, optimize deliverability, and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience building, testing, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development.
• Experience with ESP or marketing automation platforms; Encore Pro preferred.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, deliverability, and QA for emails.
• Graphic design basics and brand consistency across campaigns.
• Ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and format email campaigns in the Encore Pro platform.
• Transform copy and assets into polished emails aligned with brand.
• Design campaign creatives using client templates and graphics.
• Review emails for accuracy, image quality, and formatting.
• Ensure responsive display and accessibility across devices.
• Coordinate review with stakeholders and implement feedback.
• Perform final QA and schedule deployments per marketing calendar.
• Monitor performance and report metrics with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain organized records and manage multiple campaigns.
