Qualifications

• 1–3 years in email marketing, marketing automation, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying campaigns in Marketo or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Marketo programs, smart lists, campaigns, and scheduling.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and data hygiene.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email campaigns in Marketo using templates, assets, forms, and landing pages.
• Configure audiences, segmentation, exclusions, subscription preferences, and workflows.
• Develop nurture streams and webinar-related emails under guidance of managers.
• QA testing of content, links, personalization, rendering, and workflow logic.
• Collaborate with campaign owners and content teams to meet launch timelines.
• Monitor delivery results and investigate issues to ensure successful campaigns.
• Analyze performance and summarize metrics like engagement and conversions.
• Support A/B testing and implement optimizations to templates and processes.
