Guilford Press is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Associate to manage and execute email promotions for Guilford's books and digital products. You will analyze performance data, report on results, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and attribution.

The role requires coordinating multiple campaigns, collaborating with publicity and campaign managers, and maintaining schedules in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Hybrid work with NYC office availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of marketing experience in a business environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple email campaigns at once and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle complex projects and adapt to new software.
• Ability to collaborate with staff across departments and with authors.
• High attention to detail including proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Manage and send out email promotions.
• Analyze email performance data and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Manage Guilford's Customer Club promotions and develop campaigns to meet growth goals.
• Conduct market research to identify email trends and audience preferences.
• Manage email budget, timelines, and resources to ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate with publicity and campaign managers to support promotions.
