We are looking for a passionate Email Marketing Coordinator to design, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns for apartment communities across the U.S. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a growing startup and expand our email marketing services. The successful candidate will own the email marketing process from design to reporting for 55+ accounts monthly, including testing, monitoring results, and implementing client feedback.

4-Day Work Week (32 hours) with 3 days off!

Night Shift

What you’ll do:

1. Create email marketing campaigns using our proprietary EL90 targeting to increase brand awareness for apartment communities across the U.S., including single-family homes, student housing, and 55+ communities.
2. Design, test, deploy, and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns while adhering to our SLAs.
3. Manage approximately 55+ accounts each month.
4. Stay updated on new technologies, industry discussions, and changes in email marketing, especially within the multifamily industry, and incorporate these into campaigns.

You should have:

1. At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or relevant digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3. Proven excellence in digital writing and crafting compelling subject lines.
4. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns.
5. Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving email marketing trends.
6. Self-motivated with strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work under deadlines.
7. Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods with strong focus and attention to detail.
8. Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp is a plus.
9. Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
