Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, audience segmentation, unsubscribe requirements, accessibility, and privacy regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review and summarize email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, list health).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update email campaigns in Asana daily.
• Schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform QA reviews of campaigns for data, links, copy and imagery.
• Partner with the CRM team to ensure targeted segments are included.
• Collaborate with marketing partners and stakeholders to meet brand and legal requirements.
• Review campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
