Job summary

Floowi is seeking an Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Specialist to build and run a high-volume email system from the ground up. You will select platforms, set up infrastructure, and manage campaigns across lists to ensure reliable delivery at scale, targeting 300,000–500,000 emails per day.

This 100% remote, LATAM-focused role requires advanced English, and alignment with EST for schedule. Compensation is in USD, starting at $3,750/month, with PTO and US holidays.

Short Description:

We are looking for an Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Specialist to build, launch, and manage a high-volume email-sending infrastructure from the ground up. This role will own the technical setup and ongoing operation of the email-sending environment, including the selection and configuration of appropriate sending platforms and infrastructure. The specialist will manage campaigns across new and legacy contact lists, with a focus on inbox placement, sender reputation, and reliable delivery at scale. The goal is to establish a sustainable email operation capable of supporting approximately 300,000-500,000 emails per day while maintaining strong deliverability and responsible list management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement the email-sending infrastructure from scratch, selecting and configuring the platforms and technical components required for high-volume email delivery.

• Configure and maintain email authentication and sending infrastructure to support reliable delivery and protect sender reputation.

• Develop and manage a scalable sending operation capable of supporting approximately 300,000-500,000 emails per day.

• Plan, execute, and monitor bulk email campaigns across new and legacy contact lists, managing sending volumes and delivery performance.

• Monitor inbox placement, sender reputation, bounces, complaints, and other deliverability metrics to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain and optimize the infrastructure and sending processes on an ongoing basis, adapting operations to campaign performance and evolving delivery requirements.

• Review, segment, and manage contact lists based on data quality, consent status, and engagement considerations to support sustainable campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience building email-sending infrastructure from scratch and managing it on an ongoing basis.

• Proven experience operating high-volume email campaigns, ideally at a scale comparable to hundreds of thousands of emails per day.

• Strong technical knowledge of email deliverability, inbox placement, sender reputation, and email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

• Hands-on experience configuring and managing bulk email-sending platforms and the infrastructure required to operate them at scale.

• Experience monitoring delivery metrics, troubleshooting deliverability issues, and optimizing sending practices based on performance data.

• Experience managing new and legacy contact lists, including list quality, segmentation, consent considerations, bounces, and unsubscribe management.
