FAIRWINDS Credit Union is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life across email, digital ads, and online banking promotions. You will design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, create compelling assets, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing digital marketing work is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, online banking, and other digital channels.
• Create digital assets including email layouts, promotions, graphics, and campaign creative aligned with brand standards.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, testing strategies, and campaign targeting to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to develop campaigns that support business objectives and product awareness.
• Support digital banking promotions, website content updates, and marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results and user experience.

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life across digital channels and drive engagement, product adoption, and growth.

In this role, you'll develop, execute, test, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that connect with members throughout their journey. From email marketing to digital advertising and online banking promotions, you'll play a key role in creating compelling content, enhancing the digital member experience, and supporting FAIRWINDS strategic growth initiatives.

Your Role in Our Mission

• Design, build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, online banking, and other digital channels
• Create digital assets including email layouts, promotional advertisements, graphics, and campaign creative that align with FAIRWINDS brand standards.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, testing strategies, and campaign targeting to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to develop campaigns that support business objectives and product awareness.
• Support digital banking promotions, website content updates, and marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results, optimize user experience, and increase marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to accessibility standards, applicable regulations, platform requirements, and industry best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A portfolio of digital marketing work is required and must be submitted with your application to be considered for this opportunity.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and web platforms.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Experience managing email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Creative mindset balanced with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
