Responsibilities

• Execute key operational tasks from creative setup to deployment.
• Assist performance marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, and app.
• Collaborate with tech/dev and creative teams for scalable campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize CRM programs.
• HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates and troubleshooting.
• QA processes and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and list management.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely deployment.
